Intertrade Services Group were formed as a not for profit company in 2003, with the aim of improving the representation of BME comunities in the workplace. We achieve this by forming innovative partnering agreements that act as a catalyst for training opportunities, linked to real, sustainable employment. Intertrade form partnerships with the social housing sector, industry partners, local authorities and government funded partners. We also create our own trading divisions that provide sustainable employment, and generate income in order to support our training initiatives.
